Service terms

ExplSim sells prepaid travel eSIM data packages. Unless a plan explicitly says otherwise, packages are data-only and do not include a telephone number, calls or SMS. Coverage, speed and availability depend on the selected package, compatible unlocked device, location, partner networks and network congestion. The current package coverage and activation rule are shown before payment.

Digital delivery

After confirmed payment, the eSIM is ordered automatically and its QR code and activation information are delivered to the purchase email and secure order page. By completing checkout, the customer requests delivery to begin immediately.

Refunds

Contact support as soon as possible. An unused and uninstalled eSIM may be eligible for cancellation when the underlying provider still permits it. An eSIM that has been installed, activated, consumed, expired, deleted from a device or otherwise made non-refundable by the network provider may not be refundable. A verified service defect will be handled under applicable consumer law. Payment processor fees and currency differences may affect the returned amount where legally permitted.

Privacy

We process the purchase email, order details, payment references, IP and security logs, device or installation information supplied to support, and eSIM usage status required to deliver the service. Stripe processes payment information; eSIM Access provisions the connectivity profile; our hosting/database provider stores application data; and our transactional email provider delivers order messages. We use the data to perform the contract, prevent fraud, provide support and meet accounting or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data by emailing support@explsim.com. Some order and accounting records must be retained for statutory periods. Complaints may also be submitted to the competent Slovak data-protection or consumer-protection authority.

Cookies

We use essential security and checkout technologies required to operate the site. Optional analytics or advertising cookies will not be enabled without an appropriate consent mechanism.
